The Pro plan is the most popular plan especially for those who are ready to start or scale their business. You’ll have all the great features and custom domain to make your platform more uniquely yours.

Can I use or create my own domain name?

On the Pro plan and above you can use your own domain name (yourdomain.com). Also, every Vonza plan comes with a free yourplatform.vonza.com domain name that you’re welcome to use.

Are there transaction fees or hidden fees?

No transaction fees on any Vonza paid plans - Basic, Pro and Business, School plans. For all plans you pay a standard Stripe merchant processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 on all transactions. If you are on a Free trial and you sell an item while on a free trial you will pay 20% admin fee. But No transaction fees or any hidden fees on the paid plans.

Do I need a web hosting account?

No. All Vonza plans include secure, unlimited hosting for your content. You’ll have reliable and secure hosting that has your site running smoothly and your pages loading quickly.

Do I own my content?

Absolutely! You always own your users, customer’s data and all your content. You can download and export your data and content at any time.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel your plan at any time. Send a ticket from within your platform dashboard or email requesting cancellation of your account.

Do I need my own payment processor?

No you don’t. Vonza partnered with Stripe to handle the payment processing for you, so you don’t need your own separate processor. We will be adding Paypal and other payment processors soon.
